A Space to Gather, Learn, and Celebrate
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from Paw Paw Lake, Aerie Commons is more than just an event center—it’s a place where history, and community come together. Housed within a remarkable historical building dating back to 1931, our space is a rustic, one of a kind building perfectly preserving our history. Originally a standalone structure, our building now exists inside a larger building, preserving its rustic brick facade and timeless character while offering a one-of-a-kind experience for gatherings of all kinds.

As a family-owned and locally rooted business, Aerie Commons is the culmination of years spent building, dreaming, and growing within these very walls. Our family has raised children, launched businesses, and fostered community right here, and now, we open our doors to those who seek a warm, welcoming space to celebrate life’s moments—big and small.

Spanning 7,900 square feet across four distinct indoor spaces and a sprawling outdoor garden patio, Aerie Commons provides a versatile backdrop for private events, nonprofit fundraisers, community celebrations, seasonal festivals, and intimate classes and workshops. Whether you’re planning a wedding, hosting a yoga retreat, attending a live music performance, or joining a community gathering, Aerie Commons is designed to inspire, connect, and celebrate.

Mission
At Aerie Commons, our mission is to provide a welcoming and inspiring space where people come together to connect, create, and celebrate. Whether through private events, community gatherings, educational workshops, or cultural performances, we aim to foster a sense of belonging and shared experience.
Vision
We envision Aerie Commons as a vibrant hub for the community—a place where history meets possibility, where ideas flourish, and where people from all walks of life come together to share moments of joy, learning, and connection. We are committed to preserving the building’s rich history while continuously evolving to meet the needs of our growing, dynamic community.
